Terms of Service

What I Do and Don't Draw

There are endless things I could list, but if you're unsure just ask! There will be no judgement, just a simple yes or no!

THE PROCESS1. Message me on Discord (Hexxhoot) or Telegram (Hexxhoot) when my commissions are open. With any Ideas, your ocs, etc2. Once Discussed and approved, I will ask you for your email, you will be sent an invoice through paypal (or in other circumstances a different payment method)
Once paid, you will be added to the queue.3. The W.I.P's that will be sent are the Sketch stage, Color stage and the Final Stage. The commissioner has the power to ask for necessary adjustments.4. Your commission will be emailed in full res once complete.

DEADLINES - Deadlines are accepted, however require an additional 50% of the commission price

PRIVATE ART - Private art is accepted! BUT requires notice, or it will be posted publicly.
A 50% fee is added to the cost.

PAYMENT - I take Paypal as my main form of payment, However if that's not an option I can also use Ko-Fi. Other services can be requested, but there's nom guarantee.---REFUNDS - Due to technical limitations, refunds will not be available at this time.

PAYMENT PLANS - I accept payment plans!
At this stage I only accept "Pay in 2" as this may align better with my workflow.50% of the payment upfront will add you to the queue and if next in line grant you the sketch50% of the payment after the sketch will finish the work(this is to avoid the trend of bad actors running with the sketch and feeding it to AI to complete the work)

TWEAKS AND CHANGES and ALT's - The Sketch stage is when most changes can occur, After this stage any changes that aren't small will cost a discussed percentage.ALT's of a commission may cost an additional fee depending on the changes.

USE - I reserve the right to post, edit and use any art I create (That is not private) to my own discretion for personal reasons, Such as social media, examples, etc.The commissioner is allowed to use their commissioned work for any purpose that isn't commercial, However editing their work to break any of my TOS will result in a blacklist.

COMMERCIAL - Any commercial projects will be discussed, and depending on the project have additional fees (upfront or on-going)*Commercial does NOT include social media monetization such as using the art in a thumbnail for example, that is allowed!

REJECTED SKETCHES - If a sketch is rejected or heavily modified, I retain the right to use those sketches for other purposes.

Misc - By commissioning NSFW Artwork, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age- I work in order of queue, patience is appreciated- Harassment, rudeness, anti-social and/or disruptive behavior will result in cancellation/blacklisting/etc

By purchasing a commission, you confirm you have read and agreed to the T.O.SI reserve the right to cancel an order if the commissioner violates the above terms.

ADDITIONAL INFO
- Quoting on complexity happens if the character or scene is something I'm not confident in and will take extra time to acheive, this will always be higher than the base cost
- Each character is 100% of the cost
- None/Simple/Abstract backgrounds are free
- More complicated backgrounds are + $20-$40 USD
- No cost difference between NSFW / SFW
- Private comms have an additional fee of 50% the cost
- Deadline comms have an additional fee of 50% the cost
- Alts may have an additional fee depending on the subject
- Commercial projects are up for discussion
